Jody Grind is a UK based rock group lead by Hammond B3 organist and singer Tim Hinkley, that released two albums on the folk specialist label Transatlantic Records. The first record „One Step Up“ (1969) being a sort of psychedelic brass-rock, the second „Far Canal“ (1970) being a bit more on the progressive rock side.

The group was founded in 1966 and dispanded in the early seventies but continues to have a fan base all around the world. Jody Grind‘s albums are now being reissued on CD by ********** Records to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the release of their first album. The Jody Grind website was established in 2008 to commemorate these reissues.
